Certified welds, every time.

About RS Marine
Since 2018, RS Marine has worked the slipways and docks of Gdynia and beyond, building hulls, fitting systems and bringing vessels back to classification standards.
Our story
RS Marine was founded in 2018 in Gdynia, the maritime heart of Poland’s Tricity region, with a clear focus: hull construction, repairs and conversions for the demanding end of the shipbuilding market.
Within months of founding we became a continuous partner of DAMEN Shipyards Gdynia, delivering hull work for the AMELS series of luxury yachts (6001 – 6011). That engagement still runs today and remains a cornerstone of our schedule.
From there, the work expanded. Muehlhan Polska brought us into yacht, fishing-boat and military-vessel construction across Gdańsk, Gdynia and German shipyards. We’ve delivered for Karstensen Shipyard, SAFE Co. Ltd., Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A., Shiprepair Yard NAUTA S.A. and PGZ Stocznia Wojenna, programmes ranging from luxury yachts to commercial and military vessels.
Today we operate three integrated disciplines from one location: shipbuilding & repair, industrial HVAC, and electrical & automation. Over 100 specialists, including an electrical team, paired with a fully equipped machinery park let us run scopes that other partners would have to split across three vendors.
Every welder we field carries IACS-affiliated certification. That isn’t a marketing line, it’s the only way to deliver to international classification standards without rework loops.
How we work
Every welder on our roster carries IACS-affiliated certification. Class-society approval is the entry ticket, not the finish line.
Hull, HVAC and electrical scope handled by teams who already work side by side. Fewer interfaces means fewer schedule risks.
Crews deploy across Poland, Germany and the wider Baltic, repair-ready, with their own equipment, on partner-yard schedules.
