Founder and managing director of RS Marine Sp. z o.o. Since 2018 he has built the company into a hull-construction partner for the Tricity yard cluster and beyond.
Marcin Marek Rosinke founded RS Marine in Gdynia in 2018. The company started as a hull-construction sub-contractor at DAMEN Shipyards Gdynia, the first AMELS-series engagements. Over the next six years the crew grew past 100 specialists, including an electrical team, and the continuous DAMEN relationship now covers hull blocks 6001–6011.
Rosinke runs RS Marine with hands-on involvement in the technical decisions. Welder qualifications, classification documentation, material traceability, at classed yards there are no "small details for the sub-contractor". The standard that DAMEN, Muehlhan Polska, Karstensen, Remontowa, NAUTA and PGZ Stocznia Wojenna expect at acceptance is the same standard the production side of RS Marine enforces on the slipway every day.
He is the sole board member of RS Marine Sp. z o.o.; shareholders are Dominika Maria Szulik and Agnieszka Ewa Rosinke. KRS entry: 0001081545.
