Two yards, one cluster
Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A. (Gdańsk) and Shiprepair Yard NAUTA S.A. (Gdynia) are foundational to Polish shipbuilding, both with histories that reach back deep into the 20th century. Together they anchor the Tricity maritime cluster, a roughly 50-kilometre stretch along the Bay of Gdańsk that is one of the densest concentrations of shipyards in Europe.
What we deliver
At Remontowa: hull-construction and structural-steel scope on commercial vessel programmes. At NAUTA: refit and repair work, the kind of structural intervention that brings a vessel back to classification standards or extends its service life by another generation.
Why the standard matters
Working at yards with mature, decades-old QA processes means our own internal QA needs to be tight. Surveyors at these yards have seen everything; documentation has to be in order, weld maps have to match, NDT records have to align with material certificates. That discipline then carries through into every other engagement we run, at DAMEN, at Muehlhan-affiliated yards in Germany, at PGZ Stocznia Wojenna.
